After minimal use, the pressure switch on my new Lennox heater stopped working. The part was covered under warranty BUT THE LABOR WAS NOT!!
I was out $200 after minimal use of the heater. I sent Lennox a letter and received no response. So I called their customer service and was advised that they had referred my letter to "the District" who in turn referred it to the company that did the warranty service. Why did Lennox refer it to the repair person?
They did not make the defective switch. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM LENNOX. And the new "energy efficient" heater has resulted in high heating bills.
All I can say, is DON'T BUY LENNOX!! Parts and units are non-US and the company is selling an inferior product.
