Lennox - Customer Support is among the worst!

On hold, disconnected and having to start over. Third try and going on 3 hours now. Finding this typical of the company after 6 months -- you even get someone who knows their products.

Lennox - Piece of ***

Bought new HVAC system July,2017-didn't work when installed. I asked for new working system.Southern Services refused, replaced MOTOR in brand new unit. Result, five service calls later unit still does not work more than 3-4 days straight. IT'S A PIECE OF *** Want this dud replaced with new working HVAC system.

Lennox - What a piece of ***

Bought new Lennox HVAC system July 13,2017 did not work when installed. Southern Services tech said motor needed replacing. Told them wanted new unit that worked. Company refused to replace broken new unit with working new unit. It's been 16 months, five service calls later-PIECE OF *** STILL DOES NOT WORK more than five days straight. I WANT A NEW WORKING HVAC UNIT I PAID FOR!!!!
